She enjoys a family practice with a special interest in children’s and women’s health, pregnancy, fertility, allergies, hormonal and digestive concerns.

Dr. Meghji says: “I wish I could say I was always healthy. As a child I had terrible colic, allergies and asthma. Both my brother and I used nebulizers with steroids in them to treat our asthma. Then as a teen, I had awful acid reflux. I am so grateful to have found Naturopathic Medicine. I wanted to become a Pediatrician my whole life and did all the schooling and exams to apply for medical school. But, as it came closer to graduation time from university, I realized that I wanted to work on a person’s whole health, not just treat the symptoms. I am passionate about healthy living and preventative medicine so I knew I needed to choose a different path. Since seeing an ND and becoming one, my allergies have been cured and I maintain a healthy lifestyle.”

Dr. Rabia Karim Meghji ND was the Vice-President of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA) last year and is licensed with both CNDA and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Massage Therapy

Lisa Lin, RMT, HHPR

For over 20 years, Lisa has been studying health and well being, working in different areas of the wellness industry and is completely inspired with how to create an optimum level of health in body, mind and spirit. Health is a holistic, dynamic, ever evolving process of learning and self care over the course of a lifetime. Our bodies process our lives – from the food we eat, the thoughts we think, the environment we live in, our physical movement, the emotions we hold onto, essentially the choices we make everyday. Lisa chose to add massage therapy to her skill set 10 yrs ago as this practice helps the body to realign itself, calm down, let go and release what it is holding onto.

Lisa’s education includes: BA Recreation Administration from the University of Alberta (1997), a 2yr Holistic Health diploma from Grant MacEwan College (2003), certifications in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Usui Reiki Master, and Aromatherapy. She is a long time member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada association and has completed the Competency Equivalency process for Massage Therapy this past spring, enabling her clients to be reimbursed by insurance companies for massage therapy.

Lisa lives in Calgary with her husband and two little girls, who constantly bring her joy and new opportunities for learning how to live a healthy lifestyle while wearing many colorful hats – mom, wife, entrepreneur, cook, household manager, avid reader, and pilates and yoga enthusiast to name a few.

Life Coaching

Amanda Delamer, MSc, CPCC, ACC

I am a self-awareness and fulfillment coach. I coach and support people in living healthy, balanced and fulfilled lives. I coach and honour the whole person – mind, body, heart and spirit. My clients experience fulfillment in all parts of their lives – health, family, relationships, career, etc. – and they value and appreciate that all parts of their lives are connected. My clients are self-aware, they live fulfilled and meaningful lives true to who they are at their very core, and they inspire and elevate those around them.

Clients describe me as warm, authentic, intuitive, daring and bold. They also appreciate my sense of humour and wit. I create a safe and courageous space for clients – an environment of trust that calls forth both vulnerability and courage.

I long for my clients to love and honour who they really are – not who they or others think they should be. As a “recovering” engineer who knows firsthand what it means to stop living a life you think you should, I love that moment when my clients choose to break the mold, and live true to who they are – not who they or others think they should be as a professional, a parent, a spouse, a manager, a leader, a _____ – when they kick their limiting beliefs to the curb and live a fulfilled life true for them. It is in these moments that I witness my clients evolve, grow and live healthy and fulfilled lives.

I hold a Master of Science in Engineering, am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC – CTI Coaches Training Institute), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC – ICF International Coach Federation). I have worked in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I am a proud mama of three little peanuts whose smiles are contagious and remind me each day to cherish every precious moment. I am an adoring wife to an amazing man with whom I found out what it means to love truly, madly and deeply. I am also a “recovering ” engineer, who after almost six years in the field came to realize that I was doing it because I could – I was very capable and skilled in the field but it was not my calling. I chose to break through limiting beliefs and step courageously into a career as a Leadership Coach. I live and love with my whole heart, and know that in honouring who I am at my core, the better able I am to honour everyone in my life – family, friends, colleagues, clients and all who I cross paths with.

Whatever the reason my clients begin coaching with me, there exists a common thread: they want to feel fulfilled and lead healthy, balanced lives, and they want someone to support them through and hold them accountable on their journeys.
Coaching is such a wonderful opportunity to commit to carving out time just for you – a time for you to connect in with who you are at your core, what you value, what you aspire for in your life, and going after it. Contact me, and let’s get started!
