Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us serve all of our patients and respect our practitioners’ time, we kindly ask for advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Dr. Rabia Meghji

Appointments with Dr. Rabia require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

All Other Practitioners

Appointments with our other practitioners require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Please Note for Monday Appointments

If you have a Monday appointment with Dr. Rabia, your appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled by Friday to meet the 48-hour notice requirement.

For appointments with other practitioners, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may need care.
