Ingredients:
- 1 cup nut milk of your choice (unsweetened-vanilla)
- 3 TBSP chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1 tsp raw honey or coconut sugar (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in mason jar & shake vigorously and let sit for 2 hours or overnight.
