Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nut milk of your choice (unsweetened-vanilla)
  • 3 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1 tsp raw honey or coconut sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in mason jar & shake vigorously and let sit for 2 hours or overnight.
