Note that you can also use cashew or rice milk (although it will likely not be as creamy as the almond milk).<\/li>\n<li>Mix in 1 tsp of matcha powder (organically sourced if possible).<\/li>\n<li>Add \u00bc teaspoon of cinnamon.<\/li>\n<li>Sweeten if you would like with \u00bd tsp of honey\/manuka honey.<\/li>\n<li>Mix and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Honey Ginger and Lemon tea<\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em>: change of season cold\/flu season\/sore throat\/feeling stuffy!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grate or finely shop up around 1 tablespoon of pure\/organic ginger (peeled or unpeeled).<\/li>\n<li>Add \u00bd to 1 tablespoon of lemon.<\/li>\n<li>Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ginger and lemon mix and let is steep for 3-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: mix in half a handful of goji berries, to add some antioxidant support<\/li>\n<li>Use strainer to pour the liquid portion into a mug.<\/li>\n<li>Add \u00bd &#8211; 1 teaspoon of honey\/manuka honey to taste, and sip slowly \u2013 enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Dairy Free \u201cGolden Milk\u201d Pumpkin Spice Turmeric Tea: <\/u><\/strong><strong>overall health wellness and energy!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1cup of almond milk steamed in a saucepan or with a milk steamer.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of pumpkin puree (organically sourced if possible).<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon of ginger powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc nutmeg powder<\/li>\n<li>Add 2-3 drops of vanilla, caramel or unflavoured stevia.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil or ghee until full melted.<\/li>\n<li>Mix all contents, pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cinnamon almond milk matcha tea: great for when you\u2019re feeling like you need a pick me up!
