We are surrounded by an abundance of fresh produce, so enjoy it! I love cooking and eating real food but I also don\u2019t like to spend a bunch of time indoors preparing meals when I could be out soaking up the vitamin D. I try to optimize every second of the precious summer months. So, I have decided to share some of my favourite healthy, quick and easy recipes for your family, I hope you enjoy!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>One Pan Salmon<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"salmon calgary\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1308 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920-1024x606.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"378\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920-1024x606.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920-300x178.jpg 300w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920-768x455.jpg 768w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920-1080x640.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/salmon-3139387_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><\/a><\/strong>4 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>16 ozs Salmon Fillet<\/p>\n<p>Sea Salt &amp; Black Pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n<p>2 cups Pineapple (cored and sliced into rounds)<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers with the olive oil. Transfer to the perimeter of a baking sheet, and add the salmon fillets to the middle.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper, then top with the pineapple slices. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. Line blueberries on the baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Freeze for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a freezer bag or a freezer-safe storage container. Continue to store in the freezer until ready to eat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Granola<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1311\" src=\"https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-510x382.jpg 510w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920-1080x810.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/docerewellness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/granola-2086774_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 355px) 100vw, 355px\" \/>2 cups Oats (rolled)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Oat Flour<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Sunflower Seeds<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Organic Raisins<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup Maple Syrup<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsps Coconut Oil (melted)<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Transfer to the baking sheet and use your hands to press down into a even layer. Bake for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and use a spatula to flip over sections of the granola, gently breaking up the granola into chunks. Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes at 300F.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the oven completely and leave the granola for another 20 minutes, or until crisp.<\/p>\n<p>Take on the next outdoor adventure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summer is a great time to kick-start some healthy eating habits.
