Docere Wellness Staff for 13 years<\/strong><\/p>\n

Heather Tetzlaff has been a valued member of the Docere Wellness Centre team for over 13 years. As part of our frontline staff, she is dedicated to creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Known for her consistency and genuine care, Heather takes great pride in supporting both our patients and the Docere community, helping ensure each visit feels seamless, supported, and positive.<\/p>\n

Alecia Ngai<\/b><\/h1>\n

Docere Wellness Office Manager<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Alecia joined Docere Wellness Centre as the office manager in August 2025. She can be found working the front desk Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month. She has a Diploma in Disability Studies from Mount Royal University as well as a bachelor\u2019s degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary. She initially started her career in the disability field working with and supporting individuals with disabilities. After over 10 years in the field, she decided to switch paths and move into administrative roles.<\/div>\n

Prior to joining Docere, she worked for 2 years as a clinic administrator at a physiotherapy and massage clinic. Alecia has a passion for helping people and is excited to be able to pursue this at Docere Wellness Centre. In her free time Alecia loves to spend time her husband, stepson and their dog. She enjoys camping, gardening, reading, watching movies\/shows with her family, and spending time with her friends.<\/div>\n

    Nicole Sylvestre<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Docere Wellness Front Desk In-charge<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nicole has been part of the Docere Wellness Centre team since 2022 and can be found at the front desk a couple of Saturdays each month, where she helps create a welcoming and friendly experience for our patients. During the week, she works at an engineering firm, balancing her professional life with being a dedicated mom to her two daughters and three dogs.<\/p>\n
